We are members of The Consumer Code for New Homes which has been established to ensure that best practice is followed by registered Developers in respect of expected standards for after sales customer care services.   The links below will allow you to download all information in respect of our Customer Care service.

 

You have a Warranty Programme which covers you for up to 10 years as follows:

 

Years 0 – 2        

Covered: Possible defects in materials and workmanship

Not Covered: Normal shrinkage or condensation due to the drying out process, general wear and tear and any accidental damage caused by failure to maintain your property.

 

Years 3 – 10      

Your new home is covered by a third-party Structural Warranty.  The Policy which details what is and isn’t covered as well as the terms and conditions will be included in your Home User Guide Pack.
